The chairs being discontinued this time include the chair A-1, which is deserving of the name “1,” marking the beginning of AREA’s history from Shonan, and the chair A-1-A with arms, as well as the chair A-2, A-2-A, and the high chair A-3. These chairs are imbued with the dedication of Japanese craftsmen who aimed to create chairs that could be used for over 100 years.
